My clients often want to know in advance what I can do for them. While I certainly appreciate that, I apologize in advance that I can only answer questions about what I provide in person and not over text or email.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that schedules can be unpredictable. However, the greatest currency in my line of work is time.

If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours from its start, I require you to pay a 50% cancellation fee prior to scheduling another appointment with me.

An individual who schedules an appointment with me and neither cancels it nor shows up for it (a “No Call No Show”) will be permanently blacklisted from seeing me.
